Design Method Study Of Motorcycle Modeling Based On Reverse Design

The product design among the designs of the electromechanical products becomes more and more important following the vary people' need. The geometrical digitization of real-object, rebuilding of CAD model, manufacture of products and molds are supported by reverse engineering (RE) during the procession of product design.Based on the general analysis of reverse engineering technology, the minor cycle reverse design program is concluded taken the motorcycle with two wheels as an example. Firstly, the design direction and target group are decided based on the market investigation and analysis for the present motorcycle modeling following the programmed and systematic methods. Secondly, the clay models are made according to the optimized schemes adopting RE method, the data are collected and the digital model is made using the matching software, and the CAD model is rebuild based on the spatial nephogram data model.
