This paper will introduce a small multi function model for the field of the design and development of aircraft refueling vehicle. This paper use oil service and refueling equipment theory and relevant data,calculate and determine the storage capacity,the number of refueling gun,gas flow,the number of stuff is equipped with tactical and technical index,complete refueling model and studied and withdrawing operation mode.Comprehencive use of computer optimization design,modular design.virtual prototype design,parellal design and adid design technology and method, complete technical scheme optimization,vitual prototype development and engineering design drawings.The use of Solid Work,Auto CAD,MATLAB,Proe and other software, complete vehicle stability calculation and check of oil tank, finite element analysis, the oil pumping system fluid mechanics analysis,refueling reer hydraulic analysis and kinematics and dynamics simulation.Using hydraulic transmission technology, realize gas system and oil pump,hydraulic pump, reer motor and other equipment long distance driving and the driving power of integration and expansion and retraction operation machinery automation. The use of pneumatic control technology, so that the personal operation is simple and compact and flow conversion is fast anf convenient.Using PLC control technology, the realization of automatic diagnosis and alarm operation parameter and working condition automatic detection and monitoring,fault. The establishment of a unified model of aircraft refueling vehicle security, information technology applied to field conditions, the realization of refueling vehicle information.The use of anti oil spill brething appratus domestic mature,solution tank, vehicle when driving off-road running problem of oil spill.The system uses man-machine engineering, system engineering,reliability engineering,maintenance engineering theory,method and technology, operational reaserch, reliability,maintainability problems. The paper will also system as the main component of introduce small field aircraft refueling vehicle, the main parameters of each part, and with occurate data as the basis, using2-D and 3-D software analysis of main force of main part of simulation and stress analysis to be reasonable, the reliability analysis is carried out the research sheme.
