| With the outbreak of artificial intelligence technology,the demand for industrial lenses has increased dramatically.Industrial lens is one of the core components in machine vision systems,and its image quality may affect the speed and accuracy of industrial inspection.Current industrial lens band mainly concentrate in the visible band and the infrared band,while there are few imaging lenses designed for the ultraviolet band.In response to this market demand,we aim to design a fixed-focus UV industrial lens,a zoom UV industrial lens and a double telecentric UV lens.By exploring the characteristics of UV spectrum,we analyze the structural characteristics of the UV lenses at home and abroad and the related fundamental of chromatic aberration correction.And we design a short focal length,a large field of view and a short total length by Zemax optical software.The fixed-focus and zoom UV lens covering the solar blind ultraviolet spectrum(240nm-320nm);the image quality analysis results show that the MTF of the fixed and zoom UV lenses is greater than 0.3 at the spatial frequency of 100 lp/mm,and the diffuse spots of the star point map are both Less than 5um,the distortion is less than3%.And we employ Zemax software to simulate the actual lens manufacturing process assembling,analyze the stray light and tolerance of the fixed and zoom UV,emphasize on the sensitive components and point out the direction for the lens production assembling.Aiming at the high-resolution,high-precision product shape and size detection requirements in the machine vision market,we design an ultraviolet double telecentric lens with a wide spectrum(200nm-700nm).By analyzing the characteristics of the telecentric lens,the double Gaussian structure is used as a prototype.By separating the lens and the near-symmetric design idea,the positional chromatic aberration is better suppressed,and the spherical aberration at 656 um is controlled within 0.1 mm;the design result shows that the MTF value of the ultraviolet lens has a MTF value of more than 0.3 at 200 lp/mm.The speckle pattern of the star point map is less than 1.1um,the distortion is less than 0.08%,and the requirements of wide spectrum,high precision and high resolution are realized.Finally,we focus on the tolerance analysis of the telecentric UV lens or the telecentric simulation for error estimating of components and mechanical assembling. |
