With the issuance and implementation of the medium and long term railway network planning by the state,the status of railway engineering projects in the national large-scale infrastructure field is getting higher and higher,and the requirements for railway construction are also increasing day by day Among them,due to the influence of many professional projects involved in the construction,complex construction and high technical requirements,the risk factors faced by the fourth power project have their own uniqueness,and the construction safety risk management also has higher requirements Although China’s railway construction safety risk management level has been improved to a certain extent in recent years,the research and practical application of safety risk management in the construction of the fourth power project is still at a bottleneck stage.In this paper,Haoji Railway S Section Four Power Project as the research object,the use of safety risk management theory,the project construction process faced by the risk factors to identify,analyze and research,specific work as follows.(1)On the basis of fully sorting out the construction characteristics of the project,use WBS-RBS method and expert investigation method to decompose and classify the work organization and risk factors of the project;Then,the risk factor matrix is obtained by combining the classified results with the decomposed work organization.Through further analysis of the matrix,the actual risks faced by each process are obtained,and finally the list of risk factors is obtained.(2)based on the results of the risk identification,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to identify the main risk of qualitative quantitative comprehensive evaluation First analysis of the results of risk identification,due to the causes of various risk factors vary,based on its classification,get to the unsafe behavior of people unsafe state On the basis of the four kinds of risk indexes of management defect and operating environment,the risk evaluation system of the four power engineering of the S section of Haoji Railway is established.Then,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to calculate the weight and ranking of each risk factor according to the experts’ scoring results,and the consistency test was carried out.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to divide the risk level from low to high into five levels.After expert investigation,the membership degree of each risk factor corresponding to the risk level and level is obtained.Based on the results,the comprehensive risk assessment of this project is calculated The calculation results show that the construction safety risk of this project is between the middle and high risk level and the middle risk level,and effective measures must be taken to reduce the risk to prevent serious losses.(3)based on the results of the risk analysis,targeted put forward in the process of different construction risks to take effective measures,and analyzes each risk factors can lead to the types of damage to these injuries classified summarized,get a variety of types of damage,according to the results,put forward effective,targeted construction safety risk measures and management security mechanism Then it can achieve the purpose of safe construction and ensure the smooth.This article through to Hao Ji railway S four electrical engineering risk factors in the construction process of a detailed scientific analysis,to get the project risk levels and various risk factors impact on the project construction,the size of the targeted solution measures are proposed to help the project smoothly,and hope to have reference significance to similar projects.
