| With the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of people’s life, the demand for products based on essential function pays more attention to individuation and differentiation. Expanding to the electronic components industry, customers request vendor to provide more and more customized service. Thus, if the manufacturing industry want to survive in the fierce competition of the market, it must be able to effectively shorten the product development cycle, on the basis of the guarantee quality and the cost reduction.Based on modern project management theory, this paper improves the management of R company by using multi-task schedule management methods, combined with the development of China’s market environment, domestic and international sales and the expertise of the components. It also studies the application of multi-project management in company through using the modern project management mode, to change the organization framework and project process. Then strengthen the communication with global customers, execute targeted plans, improve the efficiency, optimize the allocation of resources, timely monitor and analyze of the risk in the process of production management, and build multi-project efficiency evaluation system. This article impresses the understanding of multi-project management and provides valuable reference for the development strategy of R company.The first two chapters mainly introduce the theory and current status of the multi-project schedule management. Aim to the current characteristics of R company, illustrate the significance and necessity of the study. In the third, fourth and fifth chapters, it is focused on the project schedule management methods to deepen the understanding of relevant concepts. Through real practice, then get the final validation. The qualitative and quantitative analysis are applied by using the main progress analysis tools and methods which are WBS, Network Diagram, Critical Chain and Gantt Chart. Comparing with the previous situation, the improved consequence will help to guide the direction of future development. |
