With the rapid development of science and technology,the process of economic globalization is greatly accelerated,and the market environment changes rapidly.In order to improve the market competitiveness and extend the market share,manufacturing enterprises must be able to respond to market demand quickly,research,design and produce new mechanical and electrical products,and the project schedule management plays a vital role in this process.At present,the project of mechanical and electrical products in manufacturing enterprises is in the situation of large quantity,large-scale,limited resources,the traditional project schedule management methods are not able to meet the needs of enterprises,to this problem,the critical chain project management method is introduced,the research on the project schedule planning and monitoring based on critical chain is done to realize the project schedule management system for mechanical and electrical products.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)By analyzing the characteristics of mechanical and electrical product projects in manufacturing enterprises,aiming at the defects and deficiencies of the traditional project schedule management methods,the critical chain method is introduced and elaborated,which provides the basis for the following project schedule planning and monitoring based on the critical chain.(2)Aiming at the problem of multi-project and multi-resource constraint in the process of making the plan of the mechanical and electrical products in manufacturing enterprises,with the target of the minimum duration,the mathematical model of multi-project and multi-resource constraint problem is built.A genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of multi-resource constraints in the projects and to identify critical chain and non-critical chain,then the buffer is set reasonably by considering the resource constraints,time uncertainty and task complexity in the project,finally,the project schedule plan can be worked out.(3)Aiming at the gradual disappearance of uncertainty with the completion of the project tasks in the actual implementation process of mechanical and electrical products,the dynamic buffer monitoring method based on task chain is proposed,the buffer size of the remaining tasks in the task chain is calculated dynamically according to the specific situation of task chain,the trigger points are set dynamically according to the size of the value of decision of task chain,so that the proper warning information can be sent to the project manager.At the same time the buffer monitoring model based on task is proposed,the comprehensive monitoring in project of mechanical and electrical products is realized by monitoring the buffer in the project level and the task level.(4)The project schedule management system for mechanical and electrical products is developed,which realize the better management of the project schedule.In the project schedule planning phase for mechanical and electrical products,the genetic algorithm is used to work out resource conflicts,identify the critical chain,and then the buffer is designed reasonably to work out the project schedule plan;In the phase of project schedule monitoring,the dynamic buffer monitoring based on the task chain and task is adopted,which helps managers to control the actual schedule of the project comprehensively.
