Study On Planning Of Riverside Space In Mountainous City Based On The Ecological Infrastructure

Against the background of the planning discipline influenced by the new normal and the era background in which ecological civilization is strongly promoted, the development of our small and medium-sized mountain cities, with many problems are still exist, faces both opportunities and challenges at the same time. This article, taking the ecological infrastructure as the basic method for the mountainous urban planning and construction, mainly aims to solve the problems in the development and construction of the Riverside public space in mountainous cities,Therefore, the study in this paper,which is question-oriented, has brought into the concept and technological method of ecological infrastructure, and followed the main line : "questions, solution, the empirical research" which accordingly formed the core three parts of this paper.The first part: questions.beginning with the relationship and characteristics of mountain city, mountain river and riverside public space in mountain city, this paper has explored the relationship between riverside public space in mountain city and the ecological infrastructure, and then, has come to the conclusion that under the guidance of ecological infrastructure, the development of the riverside public space in mountain city has faced four problems: planning, construction, coordination and management of the infrastructure..The second part: solutions. After proposing the four questions in the development of the mountainous city riverfront public space, this paper, has taken the ecological infrastructure, as a concept and method, to be a solution to these problems. As for the planning and construction, based on the landscape ecology theory" characterized by patch-corridor-matrix and the theory that the classification of ecological infrastructure elements is founded by the five elements of urban intention,the ecological factors of riverfront public space guided by ecological infrastructure are divided into point, linear, surface ecological infrastructure elements, to which, a systemic research and analysis has been carried out respectively and with the foundation of the ecological security pattern of riverfront public space based on the ecological infrastructure, the ecological construction of Mountainous City riverfront public space is realized. In the terms of management and coordination, focusing on the two study about the infrastructure coordination and riverfront public space management, this article has creatively proposed building a "Trinity" of the infrastructure system-- the overall system, strategy system and coexistence system, and studies coordinate relationship of the municipal and social infrastructure, riparian land respectively between ecological infrastructure, so as to improve the ecological management of mountainous City riverfront public space and flood management levels and departments coordinated management.The third part, the empirical research. Taking the construction of QiJiang city riverside public space as example, first of all, through on-the-spot investigation and data collection of the QiJiang waterfront development history, this article has analyzed its current situation and summarized the changes of ecological infrastructure in different periods and the existing problems in the current construction. Secondly, the relevant planning of QiJiang waterfront has been evaluated which goes like some improvement, at ecological infrastructure levels, are also needed in its riverside planning.Finally, after the analysis of the current situation and planning evaluation, and based on the perspective of ecological infrastructure, the author has puts forward the Suggestions to the development of the riverside public space of QiJiang : judging the different levels of ecological infrastructure,controlling the factors of point, line, plane elements, and then building ecological network structure, so as to promote the coordinated development of infrastructure.
