Statistics show that over the past three years,more than 360 cities in China suffered a waterlogging.At the same time,more than 1100 cities across the country have an acute shortage of water.Urban drainage standard is low and the lack of rainwater utilization system,make these cities lack of resource become the causes of the disaster.Aiming at this situation,besides strengthening the construction of drainage pipe network engineering,also from the urban space design and ecological function level,actively explore adaptive sustainable rain flood management method.Mountain city of the special natural conditions and rainwater runoff characteristic,make its prevention and control of waterlogging and rainwater utilization should also has particularity.But for now,scholars usually look is focused on the new district in the city,the lack of thorough research in view of the old block.In block level,ecological water facilities layout type,setting location and the construction scale and its environmental factors have a close contact.Therefore,it is necessary from the perspective of spatial vision,affecting the old mountain city blocks of rainwater runoff regulation environment factor to be studied,in order to achieve the rain facilities collaborative optimization layout purpose.Built in this paper,in the mountain city zone,has been used 20 to 30 years,by the living function as the main body,and in a short period of time is difficult to dismantle the old blocks as the research object,its mostly built for a long time,there are special social background,geography and scale,the rain out and recycling in different levels of problems.Therefore,this article from the perspective of landscape architecture and planning and design,in a sustainable landscape ecological rainwater runoff regulation and the existing theoretical research as the foundation,will focus on research scope to lock in chongqing urban old block rain flood environment,through the typical sample survey points within the building,public space,the status quo of greening,road surface drainage facilities,storage facilities and border areas such as environmental factors to analyze the status quo,combined with the feature of space environment and stormwater runoff,respectively,puts forward the sustainable renovation design runoff regulation and universality of rainwater landscape construction strategy implementation way and the specificity in space,and the local plot as a design practice cases,beibei chaoyang district to improve and supplement for mountain old blocks related design steps and quantitative analysis methods.Universality design strategy transformation of the mountainous city is put forward based on the old neighborhood space environment characteristics of summary and analysis of characteristics of rainwater runoff,and combining the runoff to produce,transport and collection in the blocks of different performance requirements should be promoted in the process of rebuilding design of rainwater closure quantity,promote rainwater infiltration,runoff preliminary purification,optimization of site drainage route,directional channel runoff set line,integrated linear water route,expand the rain flood storage space and improve rainwater recycling efficiency,so as to build a targeted runoff regulation system,build a low cost,low maintenance,and low impact sustainable ecological landscape.Specificity space means mainly for gentle slope type parallel contours side-by-side,steep slope type vertical contour parallel contour paratactic type,paratactic type and oblique contour point type four kinds of typical mountainous city category of old blocks of non-spot environment space characteristic and the practical problems,put forward respectively the buffer progressive dispersion,centralized,layered step by step,and the concrete implementation way of compound,use local space reconstruction and ecological facilities layout the thinking method of combining comprehensive,in-depth to sustainable stormwater runoff regulation system construction and landscape construction,for mountain sustainable urban neighborhood scale rain flood management and providing a new train of thought.Finally to beibei chaoyang district local block as a practical design case,refer to relevant sponge urban indicators delineated and the design process,through the study of the status quo of design plot analysis,design,goal setting,sub catchment area division and index decomposition,ecological facilities system layout and the rain retrofit design of the construction of landscape types,to improve and supplement for mountain old block local block related specific design steps and quantitative analysis method,to enhance the research of practical value.
