Research On The Optimization Of The Riverside Space In Urban Section Of Jingzhou City Under The Protection Of The Yangtze River

Under the background of Yangtze River protection policy,ecological development will be the theme and direction of riverside city construction,and the reconstruction and optimization of riverside space is the key to transformation and development.The riverside area of the urban section along the Yangtze River is the direct control area of the Yangtze River protection policy,the image window of the city’s external display,and plays an important role in the ecological development of the river basin.At present,the urbanization level of small and medium-sized cities in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is relatively low,and most cities are limited to the construction of urban areas along the river levee,ignoring the transformation of "river city" relationship after the improvement of construction conditions,which leads to the conflict between urban industrial layout,spatial planning and ecological development mode,and the low-quality development of riverside regional economy.How to use the opportunity of Yangtze River protection to adjust the spatial structure,optimize the spatial layout,promote the green development of urban economy and make a positive contribution to the high-quality development of the Yangtze River economic belt is an important purpose of this paper.In this paper,the riverside area,which plays an important role in the protection of the Yangtze River and the high-quality development of the Yangtze River economic belt,is selected as the research scope;the city of Jingzhou,which belongs to the middle reaches of the Yangtze River in terms of geographical space and is located at the junction of the upper and middle reaches of the Yangtze River,is selected as the research sample;the riverside space of the urban section of Jingzhou City is selected as the research object.This paper mainly uses qualitative method to discuss the optimization strategy of the riverside space of Jingzhou City under the protection of the Yangtze River.First of all,this paper summarizes the key points of policy implementation of Yangtze River Protection in the three levels of "national provincial city county",and from the perspective of urban development,based on the spatial relationship of "river embankment city",studies the spatial characteristics of the riverside areas of the cities in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,and clarifies the ecological development trend of the cities along the river in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River from the perspective of large-scale protection.Secondly,through the analysis of the impact of the construction of the Yangtze River flood control project on Jingzhou City,the current situation and challenges of the development of the riverside regional space in Jingzhou City section are clarified,and the transformation of the reconstruction of the relationship between Jingzhou City and riverside is clarified;meanwhile,the ecological development ideas are clarified for the riverside region in Jingzhou City section,and the ecological security pattern is reconstructed and stabilized to promote environmental protection and urban economy Coordinate development goals.Finally,in view of the riverside space in the north of Jingzhou City,taking the "three living spaces" as the starting point,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of riverside space in Jingzhou City from three aspects: the landing of ecological red line,the ecological construction of segmented space,and the overall space management and control.
