Hydraulic motor is widely used in hydraulic and mechanical industry,its performance has an important influence on the performance and precision of the system.To study and develop the hydraulic motor,need to test its performance,and the performance of the hydraulic motor is tested by the hydraulic motor test bench,therefore, it is very important to establish a test system with excellent performance.Non power recovery method has a wide range of applications in the traditional hydraulic motor performance test system,in this way, the energy dissipation device is used as a component of the motor load, and the energy is converted into heat energy dissipation,so the test system not only has a high energy consumption and a high test cost, but also need to increase a large number of cooling system to eliminate the impact of the system load which caused by heat energy. As the energy increasingly nervous,the way of power recovery is getting more and more attention,this way not only installed power is small, convenient layout, and energy saving effect is obvious, and the system can be more than 60% of the energy recovery, as people increasingly attention to the energy problem, power recovery system will be widely used.However, the research on the performance test system of the power recovery type hydraulic motor is not mature, and there are still some problems of the test system,so it is necessary to strengthen the research on the power recovery system.the main work of this paper is as follows:1.In this paper, first of all the current status of hydraulic components such as motors, pumps and other hydraulic components are analyzed,and lead to the content of this paper,at the same time, its development status and the trend are introduced.2.Through the analysis and comparison of several kinds of recovery methods, the power recovery mode is determined, and the characteristics of power recovery test system are described.3.The loading mode and speed regulation of the system are explained.And make the whole scheme of the hydraulic system, flow torque of the system matching are analyzed. At the same time, the theoretical model of the relationship between the working pressure and the rotational speed of the system and the related parameters is established, and the recovery rate is also calculated according to the actual situation and the theoretical analysis.4.Through with AMESim software the model of power recovery system is established,at the same time, the simulation analysis is carried out on the load and adjustment performance.What's more, the results of theoretical calculation are compared with the results obtained from the simulation to verify the correctness of the system theory analysis and system simulation model,what's more,the reasons of the error of the system are analyzed.5.Finally, the control system of the power recovery motor test system is designed,including the hardware and software parts, the emphasis is on the system work and the pressure regulation mode, In the case of considering the influence of speed and pressure, the PID is used to adjust the system, which has a high accuracy of adjustment when compared with ordinary PID.
