The construction of a bridge not only depends on the successful structure design, but also depends on the reasonable construction procedure. Only the reasonable construction method and technology can make the use of manpower and material resources to achieve maximum economic and social benefits, and satisfy the basic principles of bridge design "applicable, economic, safe, beautiful” to greatest degree, especially the safety and economy have a pretty close relationship with the reasonable degree of construction organization design. The safety of the bridge is related to people's life and property security closely, thus, there is a high requirement about the quality of the bridge, so the requirement for reasonable construction construction organization and design is necessary.An excellent construction method design must consider safety, cost, schedule, technics, quality supervision, etc. overall. Coordination of the schedule, quality and cost could be well done through the reasonable construction method, thus, ensuring the safety of personnel, reducing project cost, improving engineering benefit, ensuring schedule implementation, using advanced technology, and quality could meet the technical specifications.The construction method and technology is the main guidance in the construction process, while the structure system of self-anchored suspension bridge is so complex, that the construction of it is with a high degree of difficulty and complex technology. Therefor guaranting the engineering quality and construction safety must depend on excellent construction method. In this paper, the construction organization design of superstructure and substructure of Jilin Wusong bridge is made to play a guiding role of the constructiong of Wusong bridge. According to the characteristics of the project, considering the cost, schedule, construction quality, construction safety issues, starting with the overall planning and construction scheme, meeting all requirements, the construction organization design of Wusong bridge would be completed well, including the main construction procedures, the design of each link in each step of construction procedure, construction methods and key measures. The key technology of the whole construction will be discussed in detail. Include:(1) The choice of materials, the development of major construction steps;(2) Tower construction key technology research and design to key construction process based on a comprehensive consideration of all the details of the construction process, finished steel works, concrete works construction design temperature control measures, as well as the construction process a large volume of concrete, complete design and construction process;(3) Designing of concrete box girder construction, including stand construction, height camber main beam, girder bridge with the amount of the pre-bias, the overall design of the bracket base construction, the stent design and stent systems force checking, checking template foundation bearing capacity checking, meet regulatory requirements to ensure construction safety;(4) By conducting research on the suspension bridge construction technology systems rime, identified the main cable saddle and loose noose pre partial amount, catwalk linear, the main cable lengths and cable stocks position, cable clamp mounting positions and boom unstressed length boom of tension sequence and size of the tensile force, pushing the value of the main cable saddle, clear cable system construction process of self-anchored suspension bridge.
