| This thesis relies on Sri Lanka CKE project, according to the characteri stics of geography, weather and overseas markets, to have a research on the asphalt mixture construction technology and construction quality control of overseas projects.First of all, the paper conducts the study on the selection of raw material, gradation composition, mixture proportion design and production mix ratio design. Experiment has been done to verify the production mix ratio design.Second, based on Sri Lanka CKE project, research on construction management and cost control of overseas project are conducted. Construction management plan is made based on machinery and equipment transportation, construction material procurement, safety of workers and ideological education, etc. Study reveals that overseas material market and local worker markets a re very important for cost control. It is better to subcontract it to the local worker company.Finally, in terms of the CKE project of Sri Lanka, construction of experimental road and indoors experiments are conducted. Based on the experiments and related construction codes, the paper proposed a series of construction methods, construction technologies and quality control measures. It is indicated by analyzing the testing data that the construction quality of this project is pretty good and meets the requirements of the related codes. |
