Research On Quality Management Of Air Launch Equipment

Project quality management plays an important role in the enterprises product research and development. Through project quality management, enterprises can rapidly promote the efficiency of the development process, standardize the project management and thus improve the economic benefits of enterprises. At present, however, there exist many issues in the process of aerospace development, such as non-conformant quality management standards, incomplete project quality management systems, which have greatly reduced the importance of project quality management in the development of aerospace air-launch equipment. Therefore, the paper targets at the research of project quality management in the development of aerospace air-launch equipment, and puts forward a set of quality management systems in conformity with the air-launch equipment development. The research of current paper can provide theoretical supports and references for the development of aerospace air-launch equipment.First, this paper systematically introduces the contents and characteristics of air-launch equipment development project, and sums up the organizational structure of the current air-launch equipment development project, and establishes the project quality management system for the aerospace air-launch equipment development based on its quality, goal and overall framework. Second, from the perspective of total life cycle of quality management, this paper analyzes the process to conduct quality management for air-launch equipment development, and carries out the comprehensive and systematic management for the air-launch equipment development. Finally, this paper carries out the effect assessment of the quality management system for the air-launch equipment development project. Based on the analysis of the evaluation process of the quality management, the paper puts forward the principle to observe in the evaluation process, and forms the primary and secondary indicators. Meanwhile, it establishes the project quality management evaluation model and conduct a detailed effect evaluation for the proposed quality management. Results show that the proposed quality management system is effective and can obtain an excellent implementation. Subsequently, corresponding suggestions and methods have been proposed.
