With the departure from rapid development of China's automobile industry,the market has even entered a new normal of negative growth and increasingly fierce industry competition in the past two years.All vehicle manufacturers are constantly reducing the purchase price of parts and shortening the new vehicle delivery cycle to enhance their competitiveness.All enterprises through the supply chain are facing with great challenges of cost and lead-time,same time there are also continuous occurrence of various automobile quality accidents in the terminal market and even the occurrence of recall events.In order to protect the rights and interests of consumers,the state has constantly introduced new quality warranty policies and systems,which put forward higher requirements for the product quality and product safety of the whole automobile industry,including automobile parts enterprises.Mubea China is a manufacturing enterprise that produces auto parts such as belt-tensioner.Due to the long-term neglect of the quality management during the launching process between R&D and mass-production manufacturing,there are problems such as insufficient personnel skills,weak equipment reliability,poor material status,imperfect management methods,uncontrolled site environment,etc.,resulting in high product defect rate and cost in the first six-months of initial stage after mass production(results and output of launch process),more customer complaints and customer ppm,frequent quality accidents,etc.As a result of the unsatisfactory quantity performance,the operation cost of the plant increases and it is more difficult to meet the growing quality expectation.Based on total quality management and zero defect theory,this paper optimizes the quality management of launch process.First of all,through the case study method,observe and collect the quality performance data in the first six months of mass production,and clarify the current problems.Secondly,using the tool of cause and effect diagram,this paper studies the factors of quality management in the process of production,including human,machine,material,method,environment and measurement,and analyzes the causes of the current difficulties.Furthermore,PDCA is adopted to improve the environmental logic,and the "quality management of launch process" scheme is proposed from five aspects: personnel skills improvement,equipment and measurement capacity guarantee,on-site material management,front-line management improvement,and environmental maintenance.Finally,the effectiveness of this scheme was verified by the specific practical activities of new product--AJ20(JLR-DAT).The conclusion of this research shows that through the implementation of above optimization of quality management program during the launch process of belt-tensioner,the quality performance indicators of the new project in the first few months after mass production have been significantly improved.The optimization scheme in this paper can improve the quality level of belt-tensioner under certain conditions,which is conducive to reduce the operating cost and bring economic benefits;in the long run,it can also help to improve the market competitiveness of belt-tensioner and be more active in the industry competition and development.At the same time,it also provides reference for the improvement of the company's quality management system.
