In recent years, with the vigorous development of China's construction industry, new construction project accidents and major incidents occur frequently and become the focus of attention in many times. In order to ensure the safe use of buildings, protect the lives and property security of citizens, accident analysis and treatment must be taken properly. Therefore, it is very essential and imminent to analyze the project quality factors and reinforcement technique using scientific methods.Firstly,this article analysis the common engineering problems of concrete frame structure,then establish the Interpretation Structure Model diagram aiming at the 18 factors affecting the quality of concrete frame column quality.A similar case in Xi'an also have been analysis in this article.Secondly, the use of structural analysis software SAP2000 frame structure finite element analysis. Combined with the engineering features a fully unloading defects column permutation concrete reinforcement program, using self-designed strain test support system to achieve complete unloading columns in the construction, and describes the complete unloading of construction and replacement of concrete reinforcement method summarized construction points.Finally, it is indicated that the reinforcement technology and construction methods achieve the complete unloading of the column through strengthening the construction process strain monitoring data analysis.The safety of construction process is improved because of the real-time monitoring of the support strain inconstruction process. The reinforcement method and support system is very safe and reliable, it can provide experiences and references for similar projects.
