Research On Quality Control Of Steel Structure Engineering In A Hospital

With the continuous enhancement of China’s comprehensive national strength,people’s living standards are becoming higher and higher, the application of steel structure engineering in the construction industry is becoming more and more extensive. Based on the present stage of our country, the construction condition of the steel structure engineering in the field of civil engineering, the quality control of the problem is becoming increasingly prominent. How to control the quality of the steel structure engineering, and reduce the occurrence of quality accidents is particularly important.In this paper, based on the in-depth analysis of the quality control theory in domestic and abroad, the quality control of steel structure engineering is further studied, the main research contents include:(1) The present situation of the development of quality control theory is described, and the basic theory of the quality control of steel structure in the process of manufacturing and construction is described. Objective is to facilitate the construction unit of the use of control in advance, control and ex post control of the three stages of quality control theory to the construction stage of the steel structure project quality control.(2) In the case of steel structure engineering in a hospital, the three stage quality control theory is further discussed in the application of the project, which is to ensure the quality of steel structure project to meet the design requirements.(3) On the theory of quality control in construction process of steel structure engineering application of in-depth analysis and research, through case analysis of the steel construction of a hospital of the steel structure project quality control points, and summed up the formed a small section of cross column turn box column processing method and quality control points.The research results of this paper have been applied to many projects in the company’s construction, the application effect is good, the company’s reputation andcompetitiveness, has better economic benefits and social benefits, for improving the quality of steel structure engineering has its important significance.
