The purpose of airport self-service baggage checking service is to simplify the check-in procedures and reduce the queue time of passengers.However,due to the complexity of equipment operation,the efficiency of self-service baggage checking is much lower than that of counter handling.The survey found that the lower efficiency of self-service baggage checking is due to the paste operation of baggage labels.In order to improve the efficiency,it is necessary to realize the automatic paste of baggage labels.Different passengers have different kind of baggage,so the existing labeling technology can not meet the requirements of labeling on the surface of baggage.Introducing robotics technology into the field of automatic labeling,using multi-degree-of-freedom robots instead of manual labeling can effectively improve the efficiency of baggage consignment.In this paper,an automatic labeling mechanism for airline passenger baggage is studied based on robotic technology.Effective stripping of labels is the basis of realizing reliable label sticking.By analyzing the physical characteristics of airline baggage labels,the technical parameters of labels are obtained.Based on the thin plate bending theory,the stripping process of labels is analyzed and modeled.The maximum curvature radius of reliable stripping of labels is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of label stripping mechanism.By referring to the working principle of automatic labeling machine and combining with the business process of airport self-service baggage checking,the overall design scheme of the mechanism is put forward.The motion parameters of the mechanism are set according to the airport environment and the space limitation of the self-service baggage checking equipment,and the detailed design of the mechanism and the strength check of the key components are completed.Based on the design of labeling mechanism,aiming at the requirement of contact operation between robot automatic labeling device and baggage surface,in order to ensure the reliability of labeling under the condition of unknown baggage surface parameters,an impedance control algorithm based on neural network is studied.On the basis of traditional impedance control,the impedance control system compensated by neural network is used to eliminate uncertain environmental information.The influence of information can improve the robustness of the system.Installation and debugging of whole mechanism are finished and the control system of the automatic labeling mechanism is designed,complete the compilation of the control program and the construction of the hardware control platform,verify that the label's peel success rate and the label's paste effect.According to the analysis of the problems in the experiment,the key factors affecting the success rate of label sticking are obtained.
