Study Automatic Test System Of Air Data Computer

With the rapid development of civil aviation of China, we need more and more advanced technique in aircraft servicing. So it promotes a challenge that how to carry out the fault diagnosis and maintenance for the plane on the base of assuring the safety, low costs and usability. ADCS(atmosphere data computer system) is one of the most important parts of avionics systems, it is more and more urgent to maintain the equipment reliably and cheaply.It is based on the automatic test system designing, realize the automatic test system of ADCS.This paper discusses the design of the testing system for the ADC, the design concept and hardware design. The full text of the automatic testing system first introduced the concept,development and general aviation design method and then studied the test method and the UUT(Unit Under Test)-ADC. From them, we put forward of design our sholution of ATE, set down complete test item, analysis of the test system required the various input signals, they need to test the system's power supply and demand and output signal power demand ADC.According signal requirements, especially the design of test system's hardware, for ARINC-429 bus drive, transmitters and receivers, synchronizer board, switch module, logic control, disperse signal test and analog output corresponding to achieve developed a testing program.The integrated test system's hardware unit is established based on the scheme.As to the software, introduced the design antilogy of the sofeware module, programme realized the test's main control software, and emphasize introduce communication and apiece module, ultimately realize the function of test system.Analysis on the ADC's parameters and test signal, use the method of lock mutually to eliminate the error which from frequency signal, use the method of error calibration to eliminate the error which from voltage testing signal. Final, evaluate system indeterminacy rate, prove test system can fulfill the test of all functions and performances of each instruments according to it's Component Maintenance Manual, give the correct test record.
