In recent years, the construction scale and difficulty of major construction project has become bigger and bigger, the limitations of traditional construction method have been more apparent. On the road pursuing more advanced ways of construction, it has been proved by relevant engineering practice at home and abroad that it will be good for guarantee the quality and safety of construction projects by adopting industrialized construction, which means the elements can be produced in factory and assembled on-site.However, industrialized construction puts forward higher requirements to design,manufacturing and procurement, transportation and assembly, organization and coordination and other aspects, contains more risks. How to identify the key risk factors and take measures, has been the premise to successfully play the superiority of industrialized construction. For the above considerations, the risks of industrialized construction is assessed and relevant risk prevention strategy is provided.Therefore, at first the risks of major construction project are summed up by combining the literature research and case analysis, these risks are divided according to the three dimensions of human, material and environment. And based on the characteristics of industrialized construction, the changes compared with the traditional construction is discussed from these three dimension, these risks are given different focus,together with the new risks, the seven types of risk of the industrialized construction are summarized. In order to weaken the correlation between these risks, these risks are also divided into three categories: concrete, abstract, environmental. Further analyzed, 26 major risk factors of industrialized construction are obtained. So the risk evaluation index system is established. Then, the risk assessment model is set up based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, the risk is classified into five levels, which are respectively very high,high, medium, low, very low. Each risk level is set the corresponding membership function. And combined with the example of HZMB, using the assessment model to assess the risks of industrialized construction, the general risk level of industrialized construction is obtained from the results of the multi-index comprehensive evaluation, at the same time,regarding the main risks derived from total hierarchy permutation as emphasis of risk pre-control. Finally, from the four perspectives of design, organization and management,the prevention strategy of main risks of industrialized construction is given.By assessing the risk of industrialized construction, the overall risk level of the construction could be understood, the preventive measures would also be more targeted, at the same time, the superiority of industrialized construction has been effectively protected.
