The water conservancy project is a kind of project which promote the advantages and eliminate the disadvantages,andinterdependence with the people.With the gradual acceleration of modernizationin our country,the construction of water conservancy has also been developed in depth.From the beginning of the diversion project of Lubuge Hydropower Station in 1984 to the Three Gorges Dam project and the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,the strength of water conservancy project construction in our country has been demonstrated.Sluice and pump station are important hydraulic structures in water conservancy projects,which have made great contribution to the development of water conservancy in China.How to evaluate and prevent the construction risk of water conservancy projects such as sluice and pump station is an urgent problem.Using scientific management methods and supported by practical engineering cases,the construction risk evaluation model of sluice and pump station water conservancy projects is constructed to realize the construction risk evaluation and prevention of sluice and pump station water conservancy projectsinthis paper.First of all,we explored the major influencing factors in the construction risk of water conservancy projects such as sluice and pump station.From the four aspects of quality,progress,cost and safety,and considering the factors of contract management,information management and engineering construction environment,the paper sorted out 7 major factors and 34 factors that affect the construction risk of sluice and pump station projects.Based on these factors,according to the specific content of the evaluation index,the evaluation index system of construction risk of sluice and pump station projects is established.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process is used to build the risk evaluation model of water conservancy projects such as sluice and pump station.Finally,using the model,taking the expansion of the pumping station of Hangzhou Sanbao drainage project in Hangjia and Hunan as an example,the conclusion is drawn that the construction risk rating is low,the risk is small and controllable.After the owner,supervision,and other aspects of the project to reflect the good construction,good operation,won the qian jiang cup,dayu prize,luban prize,and so on,have a lot of benefits for social,economic,and environmental.According to this,the evaluation model is applied to the risk evaluation and prevention of water conservancy projects such as sluice and pump station,and the results meet the requirements of relevant regulations and specifications.
