With the rapid devlopment of measurement technology and embedded system technology, hematology analyzers with high technical content are continuously applied to clinical hematological laboratory. Connecting with the development of a specific product, the optimization design and development of control system for automatic five-part differential hematology analyzer is presented in this dissertation.Lambert-Beer law is adopted by hematology analyzer to detect hemoglobin, resistance method to detect red blood cell and platelet, chemistry coloration technology and laser scattering technique to measure white blood cell's nucleolus. Dual processor framework (ARM+DSP) is used in this control system. Former/background control mode is adopted by the DSP controller and Linux system is ported to the ARM processor. They communicate with each other through SPI interface, and realize the cell's counting and classification.Firstly, the development progress and key technologies of hematology analyzer are proposed. The overall design is presented after analyzing the requirements of the system. Then, the development and otimization design of control system are put forward, and the control system realizes the automatic operation of analysis process through the control of actuators and blood signal's counting and classification, and transmits the collected data to the ARM processor through SPI communication. After that, the development and otimization design of management system are surveyed and discussed, and the management system completes data analysis and management, human-computer interaction through customized device drivers, embedded graphical interface middleware MiniGUI and embedded database SQLite. This dissertation gives the implementation of 28 blood parameter's analysis and classification graphics's display, and discusses the design principle of friendly human-computer interaction interface and complete data management. And later, the interface of the advanced communication and management is discussed in detail, and the design and implementation of the automatic sampling system and online software interface are given. In the end, the result and performance evaluation are given by this dissertation, indicating the realization of the basic functional design, good reliability, stability and rapidity of the proposed system.
