With the advancement of technology in multiple disciplines and the improvement of people's living standards,health issues have aroused more and more attention,making the medical and health industry have a vast market.Due to the combination of multidisciplinary knowledge and technology,medical instruments have become more and more automated and intelligent,playing an extremely important role in the clinical testing process.Based on the PC/Windows platform for easy use and maintenance,the design and implementation of the extendable five-part differential Hematology analyzer operation management software are presented in this dissertation.The Hematology analyzer adopts resistance method to detect RBC and PLT,chemistry coloration technology and laser scattering technique to measure WBC's nucleolus and Lambert-Beer law to detect hemoglobin.Based on the master-slave architecture of the management system and the control system,the system carries out the progress of command and data communication between the master and the slave.The slave control system based on DSP controller is responsible for controlling the actuator to control motor operation and signal detection;the master manage system based on the PC/Windows platform operates the control machine and manage the local data through the operation management software,and the extendable structure optimization is performed on the basis of the PC/Windows platform development.Firstly,the background and the significance of the research are reviewed.The development status,technical principles and existing work basis of the Hematology analyzer are expounded.The demands,advantages and difficulties of the development of the extendable five-part differential Hematology analyzer operation management software based on PC/Windows platform are analyzed and the overall structure and design of the system are given.Then the overall structure of the operation management software is detailed,and design and implementation of blood sample test and data processing module,data management module,detection accuracy module,parameter setting,control machine maintenance module and multi-language support scheme are given.Next,based on the current work,the management system architecture is extended,and the design and implementation of multi-controller system communication mechanism,operation management software multi-thread architecture and multi-controller management mechanism are given.After that,the maintenance system based on online update and installation deployment is designed and implemented to adapt the operation management software to different combination of control machines under the extendable architecture.Finally,the system operation test and performance analysis are given,which shows that the system has realized the basic function design,and has good stability,detection efficiency and easy operation.
