Hematology analyzer is one of the widely used testing instruments in clinical testing in hospitals.The basic Hematology analyzer mainly performs routine blood testing and has a relatively simple function.In order to meet the needs of clinical diagnosis,Various novel hematology analyzers continue to add new detection functions and realize the joint detection of multiple parameters.Focusing on the development needs of small batches of new varieties of products,the design and realization of novel blood test intelligent detection analyzer software based on rapid software design and extended development methods and medical reagent management system are explored in this dissertation.The novel intelligent tester is based on the existing three-diff standard hematology analyzer function module,using a distributed system architecture based on CAN bus communication and new processor hardware and software.The control system is mainly divided into management level,control level and field level.The management level refers to the upper computer of the system,which uses AM3358 processor based on Cortex-A8 kernel,mainly responsible for human-computer interaction,data processing and data management functions.The control level refers to each control node,using TI company’s TMS320F2812 DSP chip,responsible for receiving commands sent by the management level and controlling each execution agency to complete the detection task.At the same time,the status of the actuator at the field level is fed back to the management level for processing.The field level mainly includes various actuators such as solenoid valves,stepper motors and pumps.Firstly,the research background of the hematology analyzer and the current research situation at home and abroad are analyzed.Combining the key technology of the hematology analyzer and the existing problems of the existing hematology analyzer,the overall design scheme of the novel intelligent hematology analyzer is given.Then the design and realization of the control node software of the novel intelligent blood analyzer are presented.The control node software model is given.The actuator software control,signal acquisition and processing software design,maintenance and cleaning module software design and CAN communication module software design are discussed in detail.Then realization of the host computer management node software is presented,and the human-computer interaction task,host computer CAN communication,data management tasks,uploading and printing task modules,extended biochemical management modules,and host computer test process management are discussed.Finally,in order to ensure the matching use of instruments and reagents and the test accuracy of the hematology analyzer,the design and realization of a novel medical reagent management system that is compatible with the novel hematology analyzer are presented.The design and realization of RFID system and the software design of the host computer are discussed in detail.The test results show that the novel intelligent hematology analyzer based on distributed architecture can meet the corresponding detection function and performance requirements,has good reliability and scalability,and can achieve rapid expansion of external modules.At the same time,the medical reagent management system can effectively monitor the production,transportation and storage of reagents,and ensure the matching use of the instrument and the reagent,ensuring the detection accuracy of the instrument.
