Control loading system is an indispensable part of Flight Simulator, as it not only provides the real?time rudder angle to the main simulation computer, but also is tasked with calculating and loading the model force to provide pilots with high fidelity force feeling. With the development of electric technology, electric control system becomes the mainstream of studies.The study of electric control loading system in this article is based on model simulation and analysis in MATLAB. The studies mainly concentrate in two areas, the research of system control algorithm and the research of force loading way. The research of system control algorithm focuses on modeling the system and applying different kinds of algorithm to eliminate extra force and improve system performance. Choose cascade compensation & feed?forward compensation compound control method to eliminate extra force. Simulation results show that the compound control method plays a good control affect when we do not consider the time?varying and nonlinear performance in system. Choose feed?forward compensation & fuzzy?PID compound control method to face the time?varying and nonlinear performance in system. Simulation results show that the compound control method plays a good control effect in time?varying and nonlinear system. The research of force loading way focuses on the study of choosing executive motor and its control method, in order to improve system speed performance. Choose PMSM as the implementing agency and set up an AC servo system to avoid the problems in widely used DC servo system. Apply vector control method and SVPWM to this system. Simulation results show that,with the help of related control methods, the new DC servo system own excellent speed performance, as good as DC servo system, and other unique advantages.
