Along with the rapid development of air transportation demands, the scarcity of major hub airport flight schedule resources are more and more significant in China. It has been a great problem how to improve the efficiency and the scientificity of the flight schedule resources allocation. From the perspective of group decision-making, combined with the characteristics of the flight schedule resources, the TODIM method and the power operator method of multiple attribute group decision-making method are applied to flight schedule resources allocation. In the end, group decision-making method can improve the efficiency of flight schedule resources allocation, which is proved by a example.First of all, through the characteristic of stakeholder and flight schedule resources configuration are analyzed, the preliminary index system of the flight schedule resources configuration will be constructed. Then, adopt the combination of subjective and objective methods, and screen the indicators by rough set theory, thus establish a index system of flight schedule resources configuration. Second, build up the multi-attribute group decision-making evaluation matrix model of flight schedules resource allocation. The assessment results is expressed as intuition language, and using the weights are determined by entropy weight method. Third, detailed steps of TODIM method and the power operator method are given to rank the alternatives of flight schedule resources configuration. Finally, the feasibility of two methods is verified by a numerical example, the results of the two methods are compared and analysed. It can be seen that both of the most optimal solutions have a high consistency, and further illustrates that the multiple attribute group decision-making method can optimize the effectiveness of the flight schedule resources allocation efficiency.
