With the continuous expansion of the civil aviation industry, the researth on the energy saving aspects of civil aviation in the deepening. However, it isn't cover the energy saving of the airside design stage. The purpose of this exploratory investigation is combining the energy saving with the airport design to ensure operational efficiency and reduce the energy consumption of aircraft taxiing effectively.This thesis first anlysised the key design parameter which relates to the energy consumption of aircraft taxiing, some factors of airport such as runway-taxiway system operation characteristics, and the revelant provisions of aircraft operation are adequately considered in runway-taxiway system layout plan and design stage. The minimum aircraft taxiing time was taken as objective, the order of taxiing, the safety separation, collision avoidance, gate resource were taken as constraint conditions, the optimization method of design parameters on runway-taxiway system based on aircraft saving energy model was established. Taken a general runway-taxiway system design as an example with the receding horizon algorithm to verify the model. Then, the thesis used computer simulation to reveal the variation of runway-taxiway system on the basis of in building simulation model, and discussed the feasibility using mutual verification between simulation and theoretical model.Finally, the thesis took the immediate plan of Changsha airport airside runway-taxiway system as an example analysis, used SIMMOD simulation software to verify the optimization and the original plan. The optimization result was analyzed from the theory and practical operation, which verified the feasibility and advantages of the runwany-taxiway layout optimization system. The research provided the references for the airside runway-taxiway system saving energy design standards, and expanded more development space for the Green Airport.
