Due to the introduction of rail transit, previously dispersed airport landside traffic infrastructure tends to be highly concentrated, forming the airport landside ground transportation center. As the building complex for pedestrian transfer, airport landside ground transportation center has complicated internal processes, numbers of transfer pedestrians and various facilities. So how to make pedestrians transfer efficiently inside the ground transportation center is becoming an urgent problem in the large hub airports.Aiming at the airport landside transfer facilities and the layout is unreasonable.Firsly, the airport landside ground transportation center transfer system was studied. The domestic and international cohesive layout status quos between the airport landside ground transportation center and the terminal was analyzed, summerizing the layout pattern of airport landside transfer facilities, and then the evaluation methods of airport landside transfer facilities layout were studied. Secondly, traffic capacity model of airport landside transportation transfer facilities was developed, simulated and verified using the anylogic software. Besides, levels of transfer facilities service were classified by clustering analysis method. Finally, taking Tianjin Airport landside transfer facilities as an example and using anylogic software, the existing problems of Tianjin Airport landside transfer facilities were analyzed, evaluated and summerized, from which improving measures were put forward.
