Along with the direction of the economic development from the quantity to quality, not only the temperature controlled products but also the time-sensitive merchandise, which boom in the diversification and expand on the scale, have grown rapidly in the past ten years. Just what has happened these years pushes the development of the air cold chain logistics in our country, what we can do to reverse this disadvantageous situation? Faced up with the underlying domestic markets and the expanding of the Federal Express and UPS, shall we give up or spare no efforts to achieve it? How can we gain a breakthrough point? What kind of development models we can take to nurture the air cold chain logistics?Based on the background above, I will solve those questions from the standpoints of industrial convergence, guided by self-organization theory, system theory and evolutionary economics theory. Disclose the “black box” of the air cold chain industry convergence, we research on the rules of the air cold chain logistics, what is more, through the definition of the air cold chain logistics, we gain the development trend of the air cold chain logistics. We regard the incentive mechanism, dynamic mechanism and hindrance mechanism as the breakthrough points, then, revealing the fusion path of the air cold chain logistics, finding out the saddle point before the emergence of the cold chain logistics industry and the breakpoint with the new emerged industry, at last, building the development models of the air cold chain logistics. After those things has done, we can put forward our strategies and policies to promote the development of cold chain logistics transported by air in our country.
