With the fast development of spaceflight, satellites and space station shuttle technology also in development, various running status and technical parameters of the load in aircraft also more and more complex, the stability and reliability of power supply output system has become a important requirement in the field of aerospace research and manufacturing, especially in the power load anti-interference requirements are particularly crucial moment. A certain type of aircraft power supply ground testing system aircraft power supply ground testing system is designed for ground test of a certain type of aircraft power supply system, its aim is to test whether the aircraft power supply system of power supply quality to specified requirements, so as to provide the basis for the maintenance of power systems.This paper firstly establish the technical parameters of the system according to the design requirements, thus put forward the overall design of a certain type of aircraft power supply ground testing system. Testing system consists of matrix remote sensing monitor voltage and comprehensive testing system of processor and a portable computer, which comprehensive test processor is the core part of the system, it is connected to a portable computer on the USB bus, through the control interface and 422 bus are connected to the power supply components to be tested, still connected to the matrix voltage remote sensing monitor at the same time.Next to I design the aircraft power supply ground test system hardware circuit and software. Hardware part introduces the working principle, communication protocol of the system and components assigned equipment parameters, mainly design the three components of the hardware circuit in the system. Power component integrated test system PC management software use the LABVIEW programming language. Software using hierarchical design train of thought, the system is divided into interface layer, function layer and drive layer, and a need to implement each function module in the system design.Finally this paper begins to debug hardware module and software module of the system, the whole ground test equipment, data processing equipment can work in phase; At the same time put the system performance test into effect, mainly including remote control, telemetry testing, secondary data testing and software main interface test. After system alignment and performance tests found system can complete the task set forth at the design requirements of confirming reliability and practicability of the design of the aircraft power supply ground testing system in this paper.
