The airport ground service scheduling error is one of the main reasons for the airport flight delays, ground services vehicle scheduling is an important part of the airport ground service. At present, China's civil aviation airport service vehicles on the ground command and scheduling, monitoring, basic manual scheduling or operations research methods. The method is easy to lack of macroscopic optimal scheduling strategy, limited to the single resource scheduling service vehicles, as a static scheduling problem. It is difficult to meet the time of large airport ground service vehicle scheduling constraints, space constraints and customization.Analysis of airport ground service at home and abroad and the research status of the Agent system structure, analyzes the airport ground service scheduling tasks,processes and characteristics, Multi-Agent technology in complex problem solving ability is suitable for the airport service characteristics of vehicle scheduling problem,using BECA to establish multi Agent model. Analysis of domestic and foreign research status of vehicle routing scheduling problem, the airport ground service vehicle scheduling problem is a typical NP- hard problem, establish a multi-objective with time window not full airport ground service vehicle mathematical model. the Multi- Agent technology and the recent insertion method combined and improvement,make its can satisfy the airport ground service vehicle windows, vehicle capacity,quantitative restrictions and vehicle demand diversity, so as to realize the problem solving.Finally combined with the experimental data for validation, the experimental results show that the proposed scheduling method under the condition of satisfy all constraints, the total number of vehicles used by an average 65.5%, total average distance transportation vehicles reduced by 48.3%. Eventually can effectively meet the airport aircraft ground service vehicle scheduling time constraints, space constraints, and customization requirements of the overall scheduling solution.
