Modern Vernacular:The Research And Experiment Of Rural Residential Building In Hot-summer And Cold-winter Zone

Modern construction system almost replaced China's traditional local construction system, although industrial technology has improving the physical properties of material, but also to make the local construction system to extinct.the heritage of local traditional construction technology with the use of local materials should get enough attention. For the construction of rural areas, it is helpful to restore the original style and features of the rural materials by taking into account the use of industrial materials and the modernization of local materials.In Hot-summer and Cold-winter zone, the quantity and scope of rural residential construction is large and wide, both the lack of modern building construction standards, also ignore the inheritance system of experience of local construction. This research attempts to combine industrial technology with the traditional local construction system, and explore the possibility of the combination of industrial materials and local materials to build a good thermal performance, suitable for local climate of rural residential.The research based on the perspective of regional characteristics, traditional construction technology, construction safety, through the combination of industrial materials and local materials wall structure experiment, some high thermal comfort, low cost, simple construction strategy; and the construction of the experimental and on two experimental room of thermal performance comparison test. finally, through the data analysis, industrial materials and local materials with the use of completed the construction of the residential better thermal performance, and the construction of efficiency and cost control is relied on the improvement of the material scale production.
