Research On The Safety Management Theory Based On The Construction Process

Construction in China is one of the most dangerous industries among all of the productive sections. The overall number of fatalities in the construction industry remains a permanently high level which is only inferior to mining. As the pillar industry of national economy, the society has gave more attention to the construction safety.This paper took the construction process as the breakthrough point, based on the ideas of process management theory, essential safety theory, the accident cause theory, and the system engineering theory. And innovating one method to control safety, which is safety production technology in construction. Firstly, this method analyzes the production process by the idea of process management so as to get the corresponding construction process. Secondly, building four process elements of every process. And next researching the risk factors and risk-types of accident risk from the angle of essence safety and accident cause. Then, combined with risk analysis matrix, evaluating the risk factors and risk-types of accident, and dividing them into different risk level. Moreover, syncretizing with the above content to form the safety operation flow chart. In order to verify the practicability of this method, this paper uses it to analyze some typical sub-projects. Finally, this essay uses this method to analyze the risk factor appearing on the scene, and apply this concept to the relevant worker and manager. Also, this research makes the attempt to develop appropriate products and tools on the foundation of safe operation flow chart.
