Study On Construction Safety Management Of Small Shield Tunnel In Urumqi Metro

With the sustained and rapid growth of China's economy and the rapid increase of the number of car ownership in the country,the urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious.The construction of the subway has become an effective way to relieve traffic congestion in large and medium-sized cities.Shield tunneling method has become the main method in metro construction and has been widely used in construction.However,due to the complexity of the construction environment and improper safety management,safety accidents occur from time to time in the construction process,which has attracted the attention of scholars on the safety management of construction.Therefore,it is necessary to study the safety management of metro shield construction.Firstly,on the basis of discussing the research status at home and abroad,combined with shield construction theory,fine management theory and project risk management theory,this paper analyzed the current situation of small shield construction safety management in Urumqi metro construction project site.Through questionnaires and data analysis,the potential safety hazards were found.Secondly,through the combination of theory and practice,taking the construction project of Urumqi Metro Line 1 as an example,the safety risk assessment system is constructed.The safety risk management index system of subway shield construction is established by the method of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the judgment matrix is constructed,the weight is calculated,the evaluation index system of construction safety management is established,and the construction safety of small shield construction site in Urumqi City is also evaluated.The management was evaluated to find out some potential safety hazards in the physical environment,equipment and material use and human behavior.Finally,based on the refined management theory,the safety management of small shield construction in Urumqi metro construction project site was optimized,and the corresponding safeguard measures were put forward.
