Study On The Evaluation System And Protection Strategies Of Modern And Contemporary Architectural Heritage Health Consultation Of Beijing In The 20th Century

Beijing architectural heritage in the 20 th century is one of the important members which cannot be ignored in the big family of cultural heritage. But the lack of cognition and the corresponding protective measures makes the period of the construction situation in a dilemma. Protection measures and personnel attention cannot keep up with the pace of the building destroyed, and some are already damaged or collapsed, other buildings are also suffering. So the protection of modern architecture in the 20 th century becomes significant and urgent.Therefore, this article takes 20 th century modern Beijing architectural heritage brick-wood structure and brick-mix structure as the main research object, put forward the concept of "health index", establishing evaluation system of architectural heritage health diagnosis and protection strategy.The full text is divided into five chapters, respectively:I. Introduction. Mainly includes the research background, research significance, the domestic and foreign related research status, research contents and methods for the classification of object of study, research and the main technical route, the starting point of paper studies and the research methods of innovation.II. Common diseases and detection technology of Beijing modern architectural heritage. Field survey on Beijing outstanding modern architectures and the perceptual cognition foundation of follow-up study. Gain an understanding of the pathology of the building, and systematically study on the brick, wood, concrete three types of modern building materials in common plant disease and deterioration causes analysis, and the corresponding detection technology is introduced.III: The preventive protection of architectural heritage. First by synonyms, this paper expounds the meanings of the preventive protection. Then this paper introduces the preventive protection system, by collecting relevant data, precision monitoring of construction, construction of risk assessment and evaluation in the composition of the four most.
