Research On Preventive Protection Strategy Of General Heritage Buildings In Changsha Area

As an important part of the cultural relic architecture,the general cultural relic architecture is non renewable.In order to inherit the history and culture and protect the diversity of architectural heritage,we must improve the protection awareness of general heritage buildings.Due to natural disasters,time accumulation of damage,as well as cultural relics protection and management institutions are not perfect and many other aspects,some general cultural relics have been seriously damaged.Fortunately,those who survived are also faced with the lack of protection and management or improper use of cultural relics and other reasons.According to the current national policy,the protection of general cultural relics has been paid more and more attention,gradually from the traditional rescue repair to analyze and judge the possible risks and threats of cultural relics in advance from the perspective of prevention,and make advance protection preparation for the occurrence of hazard factors.Only in this way can we maximize the protection of general heritage buildings,delay their deterioration,better preserve their authenticity and integrity,and avoid blind protection and utilization of the project.However,up to now,the research on preventive protection of general heritage buildings still stays in the cognitive concept and the construction of theoretical framework,and has not formed a perfect and reasonable protection process.Therefore,based on the theory of preventive protection,this paper takes the general heritage buildings in Changsha as the research object,and puts forward the adaptive strategies from the value judgment,risk assessment,monitoring and early warning,disaster prevention and other aspectsFirst of all,this paper studies and constructs the preventive protection strategy system of general cultural relic buildings in Changsha,that is,through the analysis and carding of the research context of domestic and foreign cultural relic building heritage protection theory,combined with the basic theoretical content of preventive protection of existing cultural relic buildings,and referring to the relevant preventive protection practice,A set of basic ideas and research framework suitable for the preventive protection of general traditional heritage buildings in Changsha area are proposed.Then,by combing and discussing the preventive protection measures and work contents of the current general cultural relic building diseases in Changsha,this paper analyzes the classification characteristics,preservation status,protection difficulties and reasons of the general cultural relic buildings in Changsha,and analyzes the factors influencing the risk of the diseases of cultural relic buildings.On this basis,this paper attempts to analyze the technical repair,detection,monitoring,early warning and other aspects,and puts forward the protection strategy.This paper hopes to carry out the basic theoretical and technical research on the preventive protection of the existing general cultural relic buildings in Changsha area,systematically study and analyze the repair,monitoring and natural disaster prevention and control,and briefly describe the risk management of the general cultural relic buildings in their preventive protection and the main concerns and contents of the monitoring work,It can be used for reference and promote the formation of a preventive protection system of cultural relic buildings in the actual protection work.
