The 20th century heritage building has witnessed the change and development of the new China,has important historical and cultural value,but with the urbanization process accelerates,the contradiction between urban development and protection becomes more and more obvious.The attitude of quick success is neglected.Knowledge and protection,more and more 20th century heritage building in the city's expansion was destroyed.Stone as one of the most important decorative materials of heritage buildings,usually in a prominent position in the building,is the overall image of the performance of the building,reflecting the aesthetic value of the important means of their damage will seriously affect the 20th century heritage of the original style,It is necessary to establish a suitability of the 20th century heritage building stone protection and repair technology strategy,the implementation of reasonable protection of heritage buildings.At present,the research on the protection and restoration of heritage buildings in twentieth Century is still in its infancy,and the application of various protection and rehabilitation measures refer to the practice of conservation and restoration of historical and historic buildings as well as modern historical buildings.Since architecture is different in age,style and materials,each age building has its own characteristics.If it is used blindly,it will cause two damage to the heritage building.This paper first describes the protection and restoration principles of Beijing heritage building stone in twentieth Century,and studies the causes and types of deterioration of building stone.These studies are the basis and guidelines for the protection and restoration work,and can help us to remedy the causes of building stones,and avoid blindness in the protection and restoration work.Then,the general situation of the use and development of stone in Beijing heritage building in twentieth Century is discussed,and the deterioration problems of heritage building stone in twentieth Century are discussed.On this basis,the working process of the conservation and restoration of architectural heritage in twentieth Century are summarized,put forward a scientific and rigorous,strictly abide by the principle of protection,protection and restoration work process for the twentieth Century heritage building stone repair.Then,aiming at some concrete deterioration problems,the research on the protection and restoration technology of heritage building stone in twentieth Century is carried out.Finally,through the protection of the building stone concrete repair technology of induction analysis,put forward the strategy of Beijing twentieth Century heritage building stone protection and restoration technology feasible,and combining engineering protection and restoration of Beijing Xishiku church examples,hoping to provide reference for the protection and restoration of the future practice of heritage buildings in twentieth Century.
