Many problems exist in traditional pneumatic rock drill blasting construction has high labor intensity, slow progress, high project cost, low level of construction technology and poor management methods, so modern tunnel construction demands to get rid of the traditional mode of single operation and further improve the level of efficient large-scale mechanized operations with the cluster mode, so as to adapt to the complexity, the difficulty and the economic requirements of the tunnel engineering. At present there are many researches in this field, but those mainly focus on the single operation requirements, construction technology and management methods, comprehensive research on equipment complement of tunnel construction and the economy is very rare.Based on the double-arm hydraulic drill jumbo, mechanized construction equipment of tunnel and technology economy is studied in this paper. Through the analysis of the basic components, working principle and main performance parameters of Boomer2 LDtype jumbo from Atlas Copco Company. Combined with the project of Cheng Zhou tunnel construction, the operation law of the single machine construction of the cluster is studied on the basis of test data. According to the relationship between equipment and the operating characteristics in the process of tunnel mechanized construction, the equipment optimization combination and matching model is determined with the target of minimum cost, a matching relationship between leading equipment for drill jumbo and main and auxiliary equipment was established. Through the study of construction technology, construction process for construction group machines is formulated based on the double-arm hydraulic drill jumbo. Based on the principle of economics, construction technology economy of double-arm hydraulic drill jumbo is studied, Using linear programming model, the mechanical equipment resources can be optimized and the operation cost is minimized.Relying on the project, the equipment complement of the Boomer2 LDtype double-arm hydraulic drill jumbo and the equipment complement of traditional pneumatic rock drill are analyzed and compared in technology and economy, The results show that the tunnel equipment matching technology based on double-arm hydraulic drill jumbo improves the work efficiency, reducing the construction cost, saving construction investment, and reduce the labor intensity of workers, which is conducive to protect the safety of construction personnel with significant economic and social benefits. |
