Research On Organization Design For The Construction Of Jian Ji Airport Highway Project

The design and organization of construction project is a global document which provides guidance to the whole project activities including construction technical, work plan and organization coordination. It's the integrative document for practice and management of the project. It is the conception and detailed arrangement for the whole project. It will guarantee the construction process be efficient, rapid, scientifically and reasonable. It is the basic and supporting document for preparation and implementation of the construction project, it is one of the important part of the construction organization and management work. The main aim of the construction organization design is to finish the construction project in timely and safely way, also with good quality and economically. To achieve the above points, the design need to determine the economic and reasonable construction process according to the characteristics of the construction project, need to coordinate the relationship among each participate companies to meet the project quality, safety requirement and construction schedule, to optimize the resources utilization and allocation.In present thesis. we use Jian Ji highway construction project l design as subject, integrate theory research with the construction actual practice, guided by but not limited to the theory research. We treated each project separately due to the unique character and requirement for each projectand the difference of the construction environment and the unforeseen circumstances. At the same time, in present thesis, we adopt the construction project network plan technology, work flow organization principles and statistical analysis.. We proposed detailed, scientific, efficient and reasonable construction project according the features and requirements of the Jianji highway project, based on the advanced methods and theories from China and some western country.Based on the study of Jian Ji highway design and construction project this project should be a high quality highway project due to very strictly and correctly project management, economical, reasonable and scientific construction executive plan. The results of present study indicated that construction organization design was very important for the high-way construction project and also provided a powerful and scientific basis for the consequent construction projects.
