In the operations of civil aviation, we should always put safety first. As carrier of civil aviation transportation, airlines should know the flight safety status of the company very well, nip every small risk in the bud.Pilots as one main body of civil aviation transportation, their status in flight safety is very important for the whole flight safety. In this paper, based on the human factors, the author tried to study the factors that affect pilot flight safety, to find the airlines unsafe factors that affect flight safety, and to provide security measure, recommendations for management of civil aviation and airlines.Based on analysis of domestic and foreign researches related to human factors, this paper combined characteristics of civil aviation transportation and made a pilot flight safety impact questionnaire through experts interviews and practical research to the pilots. The author surveyed pilots in Chengdu and Nanjing airlines, used fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to process the sample data, analyzed the importance degree and conformity degree of influencing factors, and evaluated whole safety of airlines pilots. This deepened the conclusion on flight safety level and the flight risks of human factors in these tow areas. With the method of Bayesian network, this paper assessed the overall flight safety and did reverse reasoning of the model.Reverse reasoning found out the bigger factors that cause more security risk.It was find out that the country and business external environment, management environment, job characteristics, these three indicators of risk cause intensity are more important than others. So, airlines should pay more attention to the aspects of management, find improvement measures, and strengthen safety management,in order to raise the level of flight safety.
