The key part of the development of Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicles is the test flight.The test flight is used to meet the requirements before the product delivery.It has high risk and high loss characteristics,which may cause serious accidents and affect the progress of the research and development projects.However,in China,the research on the safety risk management of Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicles test flight is rare.In order to reduce the occurrence of test flight accidents and improve the safety of test flight,risk assessment of Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicles test flight was carried out in this paper to ensure the test flight safety of Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicles.Firstly,by reading a large number of domestic and foreign test flight literature,the research status of Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicles test flight was summarized and then the research direction of this paper was proposed.The risk of system reliability of Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicles during the test flight was studied in this paper.From the perspective of the whole process and system of Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicles test flight,the risk factors that may cause the test flight safety accident were identified and analyzed,and the risk evaluation was calculated.Through the risk evaluation calculation results,risk control measures were taken for key risks,and a safety risk management system for Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicles test flight was established.At different stages of the test flight,safety inspection methods were used to determine the safety risk level of Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicles test flight.Secondly,the risk assessment of the system risk of test flight was carried out.The model was calculated by using fuzzy multi-attribute decision making method,FTA fuzzy Bayesian network and various algorithms.Taking a certain type of Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicles test flight as an example,the weak link in the test flight system was calculated.Through the calculation and analysis of the model,the key subsystem affecting the test flight safety was the dynamical system.The key item of the dynamical system was the combustion chamber,and the weak link of the combustion chamber was the guide failure.Finally,based on the results of risk assessment,risk control measures were proposed,including risk control of pre-flight,test flight and key subsystems to improve the safety of Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicles test flight.
