The bearing ring is an important part of rolling bearing. Usually the weight of the bearing ring will occupy more than 60% of the total weight of the bearing, and the costs are accounted for about 50% of the total cost. The bearing ring is one of the most important consumption during the using of bearing. So bearing enterprises always make efforts to explore the new technology and new methods of the production of bearing rings in order to reduce the consumption of raw materials and energy consumption, manufacture precision of ring blank, realize less cutting and no cutting processing, and reduce the pollution to the environment at the same time.Cross rolling technology is a kind of special rolling technology. The plastic forming process has the advantages of high production efficiency, good product quality, high material utilization rate, low production cost and so on. It has been vigorously promoted in the case of modern enterprise competition. With updated skew rolling new product development, the application scope of spiral bevel rolling technology has become more and more extensive. If we adopt the spiral skew rolling process of bearing rings, a kind of circular rotating parts, can obtain obvious effect.This paper describes the basic principle of spiral groove diagonal rolling, combined with the actual production situation of bearing rings, analyzes on the spiral skew rolling forming process bite condition and rotating conditions, and obtains the stable rolling strip. At the same time, this paper makes a geometric analysis of the deformation range of the inner ring of the spiral groove diagonal rolling bearing, determines the geometric relations between the roll and the rolling center line as well as the coordinate transformation relation, derives the basic equations of the roller surface of the inner ring blank of the tapered roller bearing, and lays a solid theoretical foundation for the realization of the spiral groove diagonal rolling bearing inner ring.According to the workpiece size requirements and design methods of the basic parameters of skew rolling pass and roller, the spiral skew rolling bearing inner ring of skew rolling pass, roll, guide and mandrel are designed. Meanwhile, This paper tries to explain and analyze the parameters of choice of law rules. According to the calculation results, the geometric model of each mold was established in the 3D modeling software. Using DEFORM-3D finite element analysis platform, the whole process of the spiral bevel rolling bearing inner ring under different process parameters is simulated. So it gives the rolling under different rolling angle of stress strain state and helps to analysis of the rolling angle of skew rolling forming process. This paper selects the workpiece forming process parameters with good quality, analyzes the metal flowing law explains the workpiece end cutting phenomenon, surfaces defects and trumpet and other phenomena. It provides a reference for the selection and adjustment of process parameters in rolling experiment and practical production.In view of the specific process requirements, the design of various mechanical components of the mill, including the frame, the angle adjustment mechanism, the axial adjustment mechanism, the radial adjustment mechanism, the inlet and outlet roller spacing adjustment mechanism, etc., the overall scheme design of the rolling mill of the spiral groove diagonal rolling bearing is carried out. The physical simulation rolling experiment of the forming process of the spiral bevel rolling bearing inner ring is designed, which provides a guarantee for the smooth running of the next experiment.
