Remanufacturing is the best way to recycle used products. It has benefits to relieve the contradiction between resource shortage and wasting of resources, and protect the environment. With the support of the National Key Technology R&D Program of China(2012BAF02B03), and the National Natural Science Foundation of China(51305470), this paper focuses on the study of remanufacturing process plan decision-making and scheduling method under uncertainties.First of all, damage conditions of used components and quality requirements of reconditioning operations are uncertain and fuzzy, remanufacturing process plan is optional. To ensure the optimal remanufacturing process plan, a decision-making problem model was established based on describing the features inherent in remanufacturing process of used components. And a modified fuzzy neural network method was introduced to obtain the optimal remanufacturing process plan.Secondly, the uncertainties inherent in the remanufacturing process are explicitly studied, based on which, remanufacturing robust stability scheduling model was formulated with the objective of minimizing the makespan of used products on forecast stage and minimizing the comprehensive value of robustness measure and stability measure on reaction stage. A HSA based on inserting idle time method was proposed to obtain the optimal pre-scheduling, and a strategy combined with right shift and route changing was introduced to obtain the optimal rescheduling.Thirdly, based on the proposed remanufacturing process plan decision-making and scheduling method under uncertainties, machine tool remanufacturing process plan design and scheduling optimization supporting system is developed, which including machine tool remanufacturing basic information management module, machine tool remanufacturing process plan design module, machine tool remanufacturing process capacity design module and machine tool remanufacturing scheduling optimization module.Finally, the simulation of machine tool remanufacturing process plan decision-making and scheduling method is developed by Matlab programming, and machine tool remanufacturing process plan design and scheduling optimization supporting system is applied to remanufacturing practice of Chongqing machine tools group.
