The noise of aircraft has become the most influence factor in aviation environmental,and the noise of engine is an important part of them. We can get static noise data of engine through the static noise test. However, the data collected is not enough for the evaluation of the engine performance, we need to fix the data for further processing, so that we can assess the characteristics and performance of the engine noise, and provide basis for assessing and certification of aircraft noise.Based on the data of the static engine noise test, the data have been made an optimization and processing to use it predict the flight noise level, and compared the result with NPD database to verify their reliability. At the same time, elimination ground reflection on the static test data has been one of optimization methods for aircraft noise prediction qualified by ICAO according to noise certification program. This paper will study the effect of ground reflection on the aviation engine noise test because of the importance of the effect, especially how to calculate the reflective index; and compared the results to verify the method could Improve the accuracy of prediction.According to the method of calculation ground reflection, this paper has developed noise reflection data correction system base on static data. Based on MATLAB GUI, combined EXCEL to save data, this system can import bulk data, selected correction mode, correct the data, draw graphics and other features.
