With the continuous development of the modern science and technology, Digital technology has been widely applied in various fields of social life. Digital technology is the basis of information society, software technology and intelligent technology. Digital simulation analysis of the airport clearance in this paper studied is based on GIS technology,establishes the obstacles around the airport and obstacle limitation surfaces in 3d visualization model, and builds the evaluation software of airport clearance. Airport clearance management is concerned with the flight safety, People's Daily life quality assurance(noise) and the demand of available land due to the development space of city. Therefore, how to establish efficient and accurate digital clearance evaluation system has a great application value and practical significance for the civil aviation and the society.Supported by the Civil Aviation Administration Scientific Foundation of China, the corresponding mathematical model and compiles program are set up according to various restrictions of the limitation surfaces based on the regulations of ICAO Annex 14 and ICAO DOC8168-OPS/611, including obstacle limitation surfaces(OLS), connotation of ILS and the departure flight program. With the plane coordinate and geographic coordinate in transformation algorithm, Secant Method is used to complete Gauss projection algorithm inverse solution, and the formula of coordinate translation and rotation and seven parametric methods are adopted to complete coordinates transformation. On this basis, SuperMap software is used to analyze the program algorithm of the flight, and use the four reference point on the route to make dynamic flight simulation; In the 3d scene, inputting geographic coordinates and the altitude of obstacles can be directly generated obstacles to evaluate the airport clearance; use coordinate transformation formula to write programs of the obstacles limit level and the airport clearance evaluation. So it has great significance to the airport clearance and the development of digital civil aviation.
