Study On The Comprehensive Protection Space Of Aerodrome Clearance Base On Environmental Airworthiness

A good aerodrome clearance is the basic airworthiness condition for ensuring the safety of aircraft take-off and landing.With the rapid development of city construction and aerodrome economy in our country,the growing number of construction projects around the airport have led to the severe situation of some aerodrome clearance in China and have brought unprecedented challenges to the safe operation and clearance management of aerodrome.In this case,it is urgent to carry out the space research of aerodrome clearance protection which is based on environmental airworthiness.First of all,With a concept of environmental airworthiness,this paper puts forward the concept of integrated protection space for aerodrome clearance in view of the environmental comprehensive airworthiness by analyzing the protection zone of ICAO annex 14,aerodrome flight procedure and aerodrome electromagnetic environment comprehensively,and also determines the limit range of groud and vertical height for aerodrome clearance integrated protection space,which lay a theoretical foundation for establishing a comprehensive space model of aerodrome clearance protection.Secondly,this paper established a three-dimensional model of integrated protection space for aerodrome clearance and the obstacle model around aerodrome by the use of SketchUp modeling technology,and realize the presention on Google Earth,which provide a powerful technology tool to the comprehensive management of aerodrome clearance for the civil aviation bureau,government planning departments and aerodrome authority.Thirdly,this paper analyses the collision between aircraft and obstacles,establishes the collision risk model of CRM(Collision Risk Model)by probability theory,and the risk of collision in Shijiazhuang aerodrome clearance have been analyzed by this model.Finally,according to the outstanding problems of aerodrome clearance management in our country,the coordination mechanism of aerodrome clearance protection and urban development is established by applying the concept of aerodrome clearance integrated protection space.
