Domestic denture repair technology is in a rapid development in recent years, mature denture repair equipment that can be put into use is relatively small, function and structural diversity,and so on are Also to be exploited.Denture repair equipment as a key component of the denture CAD/CAM system, which play an important role, especially in small chair beside denture processing equipment attract more and more attention nowadays.According to the characteristics of two degree of freedom parallel mechanism application in the surgery denture processing aspects the advantages are obvious. The telescopic rod type two degree of freedom parallel mechanism, combined with the traditional denture equipment of corresponding technology, design a chair beside the denture processing device. According to the moves of processing requirements, carried out the degrees of freedom of movement in the processing equipment and the blank of the clamping way and the functional layout design as a whole.Considering the Analysis of The processing technology of the processed object and denture forming movement, and movement analysis of spatial, and structural design in details, Including the selection and design of the power structure and various parts, complete the work space. Machining precision analysis, the establishment of space model, error modeling of equipment agency can produce error analysis, the error sources in the error modeling form, calculate and validate device can meet the requirements of machining precision.
