Based on the three-dimensional unsteady RANS(Reynolds Averaged Navier Stokes) equations and one-equation SA turbulence model,two-equation SST turbulence mode,low-speed complex configurations are numerically simulated.WCNS-E-5(5-order accurate explicit weighted compact nonlinear scheme) and 6-order cell-centered scheme are respectively applied to discretize the convective and viscous terms of the spatial derivatives,and LU-SGS method is employed for implicit time-marching.Multi-block structured grids are generated,massive parallel computation based on the Tian He compter cluster is done.For the verification of our numerical methods,the paper simulates two standard cases of the 2D Zero-Pressure Gradient Flat Plate and RAE2822 Airfoil and one typical case of NLR7301 Two-Element Airfoil.Grid convergence is performed,aerodynamic characters,surface pressure coefficients and typical locations' velocity profiles are calculated.By analysis,results show good performances of numerical methods in simulating complex interstitial flows,which lays a foundation for the calculation of more complex high-lift configurations.Three-element airfoil 30P-30 N and three-element Trapezoidal Wing are calculated.30P-30 N has more complex interstitial flow phenomena,grid convergence is performed,surface pressure coefficients and velocity profiles of different turbulence models and different accurate numerical methods are compared.Results show WCNS-E-5 simulates multi-element airfoils better.Trapezoidal Wing is a typical configuration of the high-lift bodies,WCNS-E-5 and SST turbulence model are applied to calculate the aerodynamic character and surface pressure coefficients in some spanwise locations.WCNS-E-5 is finally applied for the simulation of the low-speed complex configuration C919.The states of take-off and cruise are respectively simulated to demonstrate the significance of high lift devices and supercritical wing.Results indicate WCNS-E-5 shows good performance for calculaiton of low-speed complex configurations.
