Modern war puts forward more and more high performance requirements of guided projectile, it has a great demand of rapid response, easy to carry, precision strike and low cost. As a consequence, all countries are competing to develop and perfect guided weapons for the long-term strategic considerations. In this paper, a kind of multi-channel actuator control system with good maneuverability and flexibility is proposed under the background of our state's commitment to develop our own guided weapons. Three kinds of actuator are designed used to this multi-channel actuator control system. They are with simple structure, fast response(in millisecond level), high displacement resolution(in micron level), good control accuracy and no need of speed-up mechanism. The two-dimensional trajectory correction principle of the multi-channel actuator control system is described. The prototype of system is designed, manufactured and integrated.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.An in-plane traveling wave ultrasonic motor based on longitudinal vibration and bending vibration used for multi-channel actuator control system is proposed. The structure of the motor is introduced. Finite element analysis was carried out by the commercial code ANSYS in order to simulate the vibration pattern of the motor's stator. The working principle of the motor is expounded in detail. The structure of the motor is designed, and the difficulty of the motor's clamping scheme is shown. The prototype of the motor was made and investigated experimentally for its performance, which lays a practical foundation for the design of other kinds of actuator.2.A rotary ultrasonic motor similar to Shaking beam is proposed for multi-channel actuator control system. This motor is shorter and thinner than the in-plane traveling wave ultrasonic motor based on longitudinal vibration and bending vibration. The motor's vibration pattern is simulated and the working principle is described. The motor's clamping scheme is designed according to the analysis of the motor's working mode. On the foundation of above work, the optimized design of the motor's stator is carried out by the combined simulation of ISIGHT, MATLAB and ANSYS software. The prototype of the motor was made and investigated experimentally for its performance. The experiments are made up of modal experiment and mechanical output characteristic experiment.3.A rotary ultrasonic motor derived from the superposition of longitudinal mode and bending mode in order to meet the needs of multi-channel actuator control system. The motor's clamping scheme is designed according to the analysis of the motor's working mode. The optimized design of the motor's stator was carried out. The changes of the objective functions verify the effectiveness of the optimization design. The prototype of the motor was made and investigated experimentally for its performance.4.The structure of multi-channel actuator is designed based on the rotary ultrasonic motor similar to Shaking beam. The key to the design lies in the actuator's pre-pressure adjustment mechanism and the limit position of the initial angle of the rudder wing. The prototype of multi-channel control system was integrated, assembled and debugged.5.The advantages and disadvantages of the aerodynamic layout of the multi-channel actuator control system are pointed out in detail. The trajectory correction of guided munitions is introduced, and the multi-channel actuator control system belongs to two-dimensional trajectory correction.
