The work was supported by the Natural Science Foundation of China(No.51575259),the Research Fund of State Key Laboratory of Mechanics and Control of Mechanical Structures(Nanjing University of Aeronautics and astronautics)(Grant No.0315K01)and the National Basic Research Program of China(973 Program,No.2015CB057501).With the progress of science and technology,the precision-guided munitions have been played an increasingly important role in the modern war.As a consequence,all countries are competing to develop the precision-guided munitions.The ultrasonic motor has many advantages,such as simple structure,high control precision,fast response time(in millisecond level)and without the retarding mechanism etc.We designed three kinds of multi-channel steering servo control of small ultrasonic motors.The prototype was manufactured,assembled,debugged and debugged.The research promoted the development of small-caliber guided weapons.1.The introduction states the significance and the objective of the study.It introduced the character of the precision-guided munitions and the miniature ultrasonic motors and the domestic and overseas study actuality briefly.The requirements of the steering engine are clarified.2.A stator is proposed.The working mode of the stator is analyzed and calculated by using the finite element method.And the output characteristic data of the motor are obtained.This motor is applied to the four-channel independent control system.3.We proposed a new type of multi-channel servo control of miniature ultrasonic motor which can control four channels in pairs.The working mode of the stator is analyzed and calculated by using the finite element method.And the output characteristic data of the motor are obtained.4.Based on the principle of shaking beam,the ultrasonic motor with multi-channel control is designed.It can achieve a four-channel independent drive.According to the harmonic response analysis,the three-dimensional ellipse motion trajectory of the driving surface is plotted.The ultrasonic motor has been made and the output characteristic data of the motor are obtained.
