Parafoil system has a vast application prospect in the fields of military and aerospace because of its accuracy and mobility. A parafoil monitoring and control system which has steady performance and self-contained functions can promote research on accurate aerial delivery. However compared with the research of parafoil monitoring and control system abroad, the domestic research is not mature enough to satisfy the actual request. More than that, among the parafoil monitoring and control system, the base station plays the role of the command and control center, which overwhelmingly comes the great significance of the study on the base station.The thesis focus on the research of the base station of the parafoil precise airdrop monitoring and control system. Firstly, considering the feature of the parafoil six-degrees-of-freedom model and fundamental movement characteristics of the parafoil-payload system, a simplified steady-state model is constructed. Based on the optimal control theory, the minimum-time, the minimum-control-energy, and improved control algorithm are compared. Their advantages and applicability at different altitudes are discussed to provide theoretical homing trajectory for actual parafoil airdrop. Secondly, starting from the actual needs of clients, we design the communication module, the visualization module and the data-processing module. The communication module is developed to realize the data interactive function with the parafoil system. In order to monitor the parafoil directly and simply, a proper visualization module is designed to implement the function of data display. The data-processing module mainly complete the function of time-domain analysis, frequency-domain analysis of the data, 3D flight path displaying,database management and so on. Finally this article introduces the study on the remote control system. Manual and automatic modes are discussed respectively. According to the research on the parafoil model, a proper linearized model is obtained. Based on the features of the parafoil system, this article designes an PID track controller in order to track the reference flight path real-time. This can serve theoretical basis for future study.This software of base station system mentioned in the article works under.NET Framework, and the programing uses multithreading to strengthen the instantaneity of system. According to the simulation and the ground test, the base station designed can remote measure and control the parafoil well. At the same time, the base station is fully functional and of good instantaneity,and work steadily, which also meets the needs of clients.
